Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Authors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines during the preparation of the manuscript for submission: 

  1. Paper Type

Currently, UCP-JBP accept only Research Papers. A paper submitted to UCP-JBP must not be published or sent for publishing previously in any other journal. The similarity level of the article must be within the prescribed limits i.e. a maximum of 19% and less than 5% from single source. Papers for publication in an issue must be submitted before the last date of submission as given at the website. All authors must give their consent for being the author and fill the contribution form, duly signed by them. A paper presented in a conference may be submitted for publication.

  1. General Guidelines
  • Write the whole manuscript in the English language
  • The manuscript should be submitted with one inch (1″) margin all around. Use “A4” size
  • Keep one line spacing in all text. Use Times New Roman, size 11
  • The first line of each paragraph should be indented except the Abstract
  • Manuscripts should be written in two column.
  1. Title Page Guidelines
  • The first page of the manuscript should be the title page and include the following:
  • Title of the manuscript should be boldfaced, centered, and in Upper Lowercase
  • Author’(s) name should be boldfaced, centered, and in Upper Lowercase
  • Designation and affiliation details should be centered and in Upper Lowercase
  • Email address of the corresponding author should be provided
  1. LengthLength of the manuscript should be in the range of 4000-6000 words.
  2. Headings:First, second, and third level headings should be according to the sample paper.
  3. Tables:Tables should be according to the sample paper
  4. Figures:Figures should be according to the sample paper
  5. References:Reference should be according to APA 6th
