Contents & Publication Policy
All articles published in the UCP Journal of Law & Legal Education (UCP-JLLE) are open-access and free for everyone to read, download, copy, and distribute. UCP-JLLE protects the work of its researchers, as defined by the License Agreement, under the Creative Commons Attribution License. Upon acceptance of an article, authors agree to transfer the copyright of their work to the journal and its publisher. This transfer allows the publisher to hold full rights to publish, distribute, and archive the work in all forms and media.
Articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
UCP Journal of Law and Legal Education does not charge any publication or article processing charges. The journal is published and owned by the University of Central Punjab, and all cost is managed by the University of Central Punjab.
