Author Guidelines

The UCP Journal of Science and Technology (UCP-JST) is entertaining articles on all topics pertaining to various disciplines for publication. Our goal is to provide authentic research conducted nationally and internationally to our readers based on verified results, analysis and discussion, critical reviews, and case reports according to the philosophical, social, and ethical aspects.

Submission should include the following sections

Title page information

Title: The title of the article, which should be precise and descriptive, must appear on the first page of the text.

Author’s name and affiliation

Below the title, the names of the authors and e-mail addresses, the department and institution where the work was done, and the affiliation of each author with their respective institution should be mentioned.

Corresponding author

Mention the corresponding author who handled the paper at all stages of refereeing, publication, and post-publication. Contact details (e-mail address, telephone, and fax number) should be mentioned.

The length of the abstract should be not more than 200 words for the review and original research article and less than 100 words for the Case reports. The abstract for a research article should have four paragraphs titled Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. The problem being studied, the methodology used, the key findings and interpretations of the findings should be concisely described in

graphical abstract.

Provide 3-5 keywords just after the abstract. Use British spelling and avoid using general and plural terms.

Include a footnote on the first page of the article that defines any abbreviations that aren't common in the field. The footnote and the first mention of such abbreviations in the abstract must include definitions. Make sure all of the abbreviations are used consistently.

Background, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions are the standard divisions, but feel free to use whatever headings and subheadings best describe the review article. The text should have 12 font sizes of Times New Roman with 1.5 line spacing.

Tables and Figures

Tables should contain a thoroughly explanatory caption and should be submitted in Microsoft word table format. The placement of the table should be appropriate in the submitted manuscript. TIFF or EPS format is preferable for line art images, having 900-1200 dpi (resolution).

All the illustrations can be acceptable in different formats. Figures and images are acceptable in PNG format, structures of molecules in CDX (ChemDraw), diagrams in EPS (preferable), and PDF format, while single-page illustrations can be in PowerPoint or Microsoft Word format.

All individuals identified as an author must state how they contributed to the work's conception, execution, analysis, or reporting if they made a significant contributions.
